NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in our neighborhood if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

DEPOSIT:

To secure your reservation & appointment time with professional Sefora, we are requiring a $100 deposit for all services provided. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the day of appointment.

LATENESS:

Please familiarize yourself with our location, we cannot and will not rush perfection!! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving more than 30 min late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.

RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS:

We understand life happens, but we ask you give atleast 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling/cancelling your appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the deposit.
